Payment information
We collect payment details when you make a purchase. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider — we don't store your full card details.
Photos you upload
Photos you upload to create portraits are used to generate your portrait and are stored in your account library. We don't use your photos to train our models or share them with third parties.
Portrait files
Portraits you create are stored in your account library and accessible to you at any time.
Delivery information
When you order a physical product, we collect the delivery address. This is shared with our fulfillment partner to ship your order, and with no one else.
Usage data
We collect basic analytics about how the site is used — pages visited, features used — to improve the product. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.
Communications
If you contact us, we keep a record of your message and our response.
What we don't do

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@tailsworth.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep it for legal or financial reasons.
Portrait files in your library are deleted when you close your account, unless you've downloaded them.
Third parties
We work with a small number of third-party services to run Tailsworth. They have access to your data only to the extent necessary to do their jobs:
Payment processing
Handles payment transactions.
Fulfillment
Handles printing and shipping of physical products.
Sends transactional and marketing emails.
Analytics
Aggregated site analytics.
Hosting
Hosts the Tailsworth platform.
